LCI also ensures that your information and documents are processed in total security, with local and daily backup at our main site. The latter also ensures remote maintenance of our regional servers. This security measure also means protecting our facilities with powerful and effective firewalls.

In addition, using VPN technology, LCI combines the advantages of mobility and geographical proximity with the advantages arising from quick, efficient and highly-secured centralized data sharing.

Team management and expertise

All of our translators have degrees from top European universities. Most of them are LCI employees (no subcontracting for widespread European languages) and work internally on-site or on client assignments.

LCI's strategy of employing in-house translators is our trademark. It allows us to build team spirit by utilizing and capitalizing on our shared know-how as best practice.

It boosts our capacity to meet needs in a reliable and sustainable way. Translation projects are managed efficiently by a single, named project manager.

In addition, we ensure the daily management of our Intra’Know collaborative platform, which allows us to define client processes from order to delivery by integrating validation activities and the specific requirements of each client.

Our translators are recruited on the basis of translation tests and interviews. They then receive training by project managers and experienced colleagues to help them to become familiar with the corporate culture and methodology of LCI.

Rigour and methodology

Our work is carried out in accordance with best practice procedures: our translators always translate into their mother tongue and in their particular area of specialism. In addition, all of our translations are subject to systematic proofreading and editing.
The procedures of this dynamic approach are in line with ISO 9000 V 2000 specifications.
